Individual Therapy

We have years of experience providing individual therapy to adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues, substance use difficulties, life adjustments and transitions, and interpersonal relationship problems. If you are finding that you need some additional support to navigate the stressors of life, improve your communication and sense of connection with others, or find ways to reduce your depression, then you are in the right place. It can be difficult to reach out for help, but everyone can benefit from having someone they can talk to about concerns in their life to feel heard and supported.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

Pregnancy and postpartum can introduce different experiences for everyone. Maybe your thoughts are racing with worries, or you aren't loving this stage in your life as much as you thought you would. Or maybe it's been a struggle to feel connected to your partner and even yourself. Changes in our health, sleep, work, and time to ourselves can have such a big impact. We can help support you through this monumental change in your life. 

Veterans & First Responders

We believe that veterans and first responders in our community are highly deserving of quality care but are often underserved. We hope to be a resource to our valued veterans and first responders in Deschutes County. If you are struggling with depression, anger, communication difficulties, and/or heightened anxiety as a result of your experiences, counseling is one way to begin making changes so that life can feel a little more tolerable.

Specialty Therapeutic Modalities

Our providers are trained in and offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy

Individual and couple’s counseling provided with both telehealth and in-person options.  

Cancellation Policy: Please contact provider at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
