Jennifer Rowton, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about providing support to others in a safe, non-judgmental space.  I have over 16 years of experience as a therapist serving a variety of individuals.  I offer counseling to adults 18 and up, with a special interest in working with first responders.

My approach to therapy is to explore your current concerns, focus on working with you to identify goals that feel important to you, and build insight into patterns in your life and relationships that you hope to shift. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, communication, interpersonal relationships, anger, stress, or trauma, I hope to provide you with the support you need to create healthy change in your life.

Monica Mattick, LCSW

(She/Her/Hers)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in practice for about 10 years now. My previous experiences have led me to enjoy working with teens, adults and older adults while addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, adjustment/transition, trauma, and grief. Some specialty areas of mine include postpartum depression and anxiety, neurocognitive diagnoses, the impact of trauma and providing supervision.

In regards to my style, my goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space in which we can build a relationship together that is trusting. It is important for me to work from both an anti-oppressive and trauma informed lens. I often bring humor, transparency, and authenticity into sessions.

Hello! I’m a Professional Counselor Associate, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Licensed School Counselor with extensive experience working with high school-aged youth. Over the years, I’ve helped teens navigate anxiety, depression, and more. My time as a high school coach has deeply influenced my counseling style, where building trust and offering consistent support are my top priorities.

My career shifted toward mental health counseling after the birth of my daughter, where I experienced firsthand the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum life. This led me to pursue certification as a postpartum doula in 2023, and I am now working toward my Perinatal Mental Health Certification.

Whether you're a teen navigating high school or someone going through the pregnancy and postpartum journey, my goal is to create a safe, accepting space where you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll work to develop practical strategies using cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy tools. I’m here to be in your corner, guiding and encouraging you every step of the way.

Clara Morris, CSWA

Hello! I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (CSWA) with four years of experience in Oregon’s mental health and public health sectors. I provide compassionate, person-centered therapy for adults 18 and older in a safe, judgment-free environment. My areas of focus include ADHD and neurodivergence, the effects of domestic violence and sexual assault, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, adjustment, and grief. Additionally, I offer preparation and integration counseling for individuals exploring or considering legal Psilocybin Services in Oregon.

As an associate social worker, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your strengths and challenges with care and sensitivity. Through a collaborative, strength-based approach, we’ll work together to identify the supports and practices that align with your values and help you cultivate well-being in the present. My goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, safety, and transparency as you navigate your unique journey.

I am a professional counselor associate with a rich background in education and music. Formerly a program manager at the Los Angeles Philharmonic and a music educator, I transitioned to counseling with a deep commitment to humanistic and contextual approaches to therapy. I focus on creating inclusive, empathic therapeutic experiences that honor each client's unique identity and context. My specialties are working with couples and with individuals who are experiencing a change in spirituality or religion.

My approach emphasizes collaboration, authentic connection, and a holistic understanding of mental well-being that extends beyond symptom management. I believe that the process of counseling is primarily a process of co-creating a real human connection and harnessing the power of that connection to promote healing. It's my goal to support my clients and walk alongside them through their journeys of pain, joy, and self-discovery.

Betsy Kahl, LCSW

Hello!  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for about 12 years.  I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist who specializes in autism, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions and adjustments.  I enjoy working with youth ages 11 years old and up, with a particular interest in supporting kids in the middle school phase of life.  I also work with adults who are dealing with depression, trauma, bereavement, and anxiety.  Many of the individuals I see may also identify as neurodivergent.

My goal is to provide a safe and affirming space for you to share what’s going on, discover the choices you have, and develop a set of coping tools and strategies that work for you.  My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and recognizes the power of self-efficacy.  I will invite you to get compassionately curious about where you are in life and where you want to be.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who strives to provide honest, non judgmental feedback and support. I have 15 years of experience working with a wide range of individuals, including veterans, first responders, and adults of all ages. My specialization has often been helping my clients work through life stress, anger, trauma and communication issues.

My priority in therapy is to develop a trusting relationship that allows me to get to know you well. This creates the opportunity to provide you with a reflection of the things that may be keeping you stuck or contributing to the patterns you wish to change. I view therapy as the process of understanding yourself and others better, in order to move past barriers and reach your goals. I strive to be caring, kind, but also honest and authentic in my approach.
